It's hard to say whether the walkers who set out today were mad or dedicated, perhaps a bit of both. The coach journey was wet and windy as we headed to Manorbier to start our second trek along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path back to Tenby, easing slightly as we skirted the castle. Reaching the cliff top path, the wind's strength was undeniable, and the rain resumed, persisting until we neared Tenby. Hail also joined as we navigated through Lydstep, facing several ascents and descents, some notably steep. The terrain was less muddy than Tuesday's walk, being rockier, yet just as slippery in the rain. Despite the weather we had some magnificent views of the dramatic Welsh coastline. As we commenced our descent to Tenby's south beach, the rain abated, allowing us to finish our walk on the beach under a warm sun.
