Walk along Birchen Edge to Nelsons Monument, along White Edge to the Grouse Inn returning along Froggatt & Curbar Edge.On a clear day there are fine views of Chatsworth & the Eastern Moors. There are no toilets on route, but we can stop at the Grouse Inn halfway around if needed. Return to Calver along a short section of the Monsal Trail then via Great Longstone, Hardrake Lane and the disused mine workings.
